Yamaha PW & PW-SE plastic drive gear assembly
This is a genuine Yamaha part. It is the plastic drive gear that transfers power from the electric motor, to the large steel drive gear.
The gear comes with new lower support bearing and clutch bearing fitted. small steel gear is also included.
This drive gear will fit the following
Yamaha PW Series 1, 2 and 3
Yamaha PW-SE
This bearing is pressed into the plastic drive motor gear and acts as a one way clutch
This bearing supports the electric motors armature shaft and is fitted to the top of the armature shaft.
This bearing supports the electric motors armature shaft and is fitted to the bottom of the armature shaft.
This drive clutch bearing is fitted within the white plastic gear.
This bearing is pressed into the plastic drive motor gear and acts as a one way clutch
Fits to the end of the gear shaft fitted into the plastic drive gear.
This bearing is fitted in the right hand motor cover and accepts the end of the electric motor armature shaft.
This bearing is fitted to the under side of the white plastic drive gear.
Fits to the end of the gear shaft fitted into the plastic drive gear.
This bearing is fitted to the right hand motor cover and accepts the outer end of the electric motor armature gear shaft.
This bearing is fitted in the right hand motor cover and accepts the inner end of the electric motor armature gear shaft.
Fits to the inner end of the electric motors’ armature shaft.
Fits to the end of the gear shaft that is fitted into the plastic drive gear.
This bearing is mounted in the right hand motor casing and accepts the end of the drive gear shaft.
