4 in 1 press tool for Brose C, T, S and S-Mag
This is a solid stainless steel press tool designed to complete 4 of the more awkward press jobs that are encountered when overhauling a Brose motor.
1, Remove the right hand crankshaft bearing from the torque sensor.
2, Machined to be an exact fit to remove the drive pulley sprag bearing and race.
3, Used to set the exact depth of the crankshaft needle roller bearing once the extra seal has been fitted.
4, Machined to set the right hand crankshaft bearing at the exact depth on the torque sensor.
You need to use this tool to align the drive gear and set the bearing sprags, so that you can re-fit the gear onto the freewheel sleeve of the Bosch Gen 4 motor.
This is a genuine Bosch lockring tool to remove the castellated nut or threaded chain guard from the front sprocket of a Bosch Classic motor. Cheaper alternative to the genuine Bosch tool
Generation 1 (Gen 1) covers Classic Line and Classic Line +. These motors have a large sprocket and look like the motor here.
Bosch Gen 2 Lockring Sprocket Nut Tool PLA00927, this is a lockring tool to remove the castellated nut or threaded chain guard from the front sprocket of a Bosch Gen 2 motor.
Generation 2 (Gen 2) covers Active Line and Performance Line from 2014 to 2018 and Performance Line CX from 2017 to 2019. These motors have a small sprocket and look like the motor shown here.
This is a high quality 3/8 drive Bosch lockring tool to remove the castellated nut or threaded chain guard from the front sprocket of a Bosch Gen 3 motor.
Generation 3 (Gen 3) covers Active Line, Active Line Plus and Performance Line from 2018. These motors have a large front sprocket and look like the motor Below.
This kit contains the bearings, seals and circlips required to overhaul the Bosch Gen 4 crankshaft. We don’t usually say this, but we would not recommend you tackle this motor without a lot of specialist tools and a strong mechanical engineering background.
This kit will fit the Gen 4 Performance Line CX, Cargo and Speed motors.

Brose C, T, S and S-Mag lockring / spider nut tool
This is a castellated tool to fit all Brose chainring spider nut / lockring nuts. The tool has a 3/8″ socket drive for your ratchet or Torque wrench.
Crank arm puller for Bosch, Brose, Impulse, Yamaha. This puller will fit all models of all motors.
It fits ISIS drive cranks, square drive cranks and the Bosch Gen 3 Octalink. There is a button on the end and you just need to use it or not, depending on the type of crank you have.
