This kit contains every bearing that is changeable in the Bosch Gen 4 motor. We don’t usually say this, but we would not recommend you tackle this motor without a lot of specialist tools and a strong mechanical engineering background.

This kit will fit the Gen 4 Performance Line CX, Cargo and Speed motors.

This is a castellated tool to fit all Brose chainring spider nut / lockring nuts. The tool has a 3/8″ socket drive for your ratchet or Torque wrench.

Crank arm puller for Bosch, Brose, Impulse, Yamaha. This puller will fit all models of all motors.

It fits ISIS drive cranks, square drive cranks and the Bosch Gen 3 Octalink. There is a button on the end and you just need to use it or not, depending on the type of crank you have.

MOLYKOTE PG-75  High quality, German manufactured grease. Specifically designed for plastic and metal gears, as found in many ebike motors.

MOLYKOTE PG-75 Is normally only available in 1000ml tins (enough to do over 60 motors!) We now supply handy 30ml containers. These should give enough grease for at least 2 motors.

This is a 36mm thin walled socket to fit the Yamaha PW / PW-SE and PW-X 36mm chainring spider nut. Please note, if you have a castellated nut you will need the other Yamaha tool.

This socket will work on the deepest chainring spiders, including Giant Syncdrive.
